The objective of secondary vocational schools is to cultivate high-quality workers and skilled talents with comprehensive vocational ability,who works in the production and service line.Teachers should have love for human beings and a broad mind;Care for the growth of students and dedication to the noble spirit;Good cultural literacy;Compound knowledge structure;The ability of education and research under the guidance of the spirit of The Times and scientific ideas;Gather the generated educational wisdom in practice.Therefore,the improvement of teachers’ professional ability plays an important role in building school teachers’ team,promoting school reform and development,and improving students’ professional knowledge and skills.This paper takes the east secondary vocational schools as the research object,the secondary vocational school teachers and connotation on the basis of the interpretation of the teachers’ professional ability,through questionnaire,interview method,literature research,in the east secondary vocational school teachers,for example,to the east secondary vocational school teachers’ professional ability the problems existing in the system construction and combined with teachers’ competency model of teachers’ professional ability of deficiencies are analyzed in detail,found the problem: There are some problems in professional concept and ethics,such as weak diversified teaching ability,unreasonable professional knowledge structure,lack of organization and management ability,lack of professional development ability and weak professional practice ability.The reason is that it is influenced by functional factors,management factors and strategic factors,and then it proposes to take measures from the following three aspects to improve teachers’ professional abilities: leaders pay attention to building promotion platforms;Improve the relevant system of teachers’ professional ability promotion;Implementation and guarantee of measures to improve teachers’ professional ability.
