In today's society,professional women play an important role in society and play an immeasurable role in the society.Teachers' professional happiness is an important part of teachers' professional life.The improvement of professional well-being not only helps improve the quality of teachers' personal life,but also helps improve the quality of education.The study of vocational happiness of female teachers in secondary vocational schools is of great significance to secondary vocational education.This paper investigates the career happiness of female teachers in a secondary vocational school in jining,proposes and analyzes the factors affecting the career happiness of female teachers in this school,and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for improving the career happiness of female teachers in secondary vocational schools.On the premise of fully understanding the current situation of female teachers' happiness in the university,this study further studied the current situation of female teachers' professional happiness in the university by using data and empirical analysis methods,such as literature method,questionnaire method and interview method,and concluded the improvement strategies with practical guidance.
