Rapid economic development today, the talent in the community need to be more urgent, in order to train in different areas of outstanding talent. Currently, the national curriculum more emphasis on intelligence and language of mathematical logic developed intelligence, intellectual development is difficult to meet the various needs of students, such cases, the state that schools can open their own school-based curriculum, many schools currently in school-based curriculum development has made some results, but these courses are in accordance with the school itself, school conditions, in order to set up schools and teacher centered, and very few advantages to promote the intellectual development of students as the center. Development Zone, Dalian, Liaoning Province, one of the first model high order multiple intelligences theory as a guide to promote the intellectual development of students as the goal, set up a group of eight categories of school-based curriculum, namely:technological innovation class-based curriculum, music and dance class-based curriculum, International class school-based curriculum, class-based curriculum academic competition, drama and film and television school-based curriculum, sports, school-based curriculum, art calligraphy class-based curriculum, social and cultural class-based curriculum. This group of eight categories of diversity based curriculum for students through the "Originally course in the school adds a national course" the curriculum model, a "Gao Kao’s result adds independence to solicit students " of evaluation, students are given the advantage of multiple intelligences to improve academic quality, promote student’s intelligence development, and explore a development of individual students to promote education and the characteristics of the road. In this paper, Dalian Development Zone, a race course in the group of school-based curriculum in the academic competition and technological innovation of chemical groups in the course of open chemical laboratory courses as an example, using methods such as questionnaires and interviews, how these two school-based curriculum to promote students’ intelligence development of a detailed survey and analysis for other school-based curriculum development to provide a successful experience.
