It has been researched a long period in and abroad that how to supervisethe clique in the middle school, however, which is not enough. With thedeveloping of economic society of China, the domestic education circle takescognizance of the significance of it gradually. Therefore, there are more andmore researches to the students’ clique recently. Nevertheless, the currentresearch pays attention to the theory more than the measure to direct thepractical work. Additionally, at present, the clique is considered simply as aninorganized and indisciplined behavior in our country, even, as factionism, sothat it is ignored supervising the clique in the middle school. As a result, thereappears some incident of violence. Therefore, it is increasingly urgent toresearch the issue to find out some operability measures.The clique exists in the middle school substantively including in thecampus and the class. The clique goes along with every student in theirstudenthood because the student must live in some student clique. The smallgroup is naturally formed with the requirement of students’ physiology andpsychology. Each of them will be influenced with the positive factor andnegative factor from their group in their growth period. As long as the studentis in a group, he cannot avoid being influenced. As an educator, it is a vitalstudy that how to cognize and supervise correctly the small group of thestudent.The article applies education psychology, middle school students’psychology and education management philosophy theory to conduct researchto the class clique of the middle school with the methods of literature, actionresearch method, questionnaire survey method and so on. It uses the methodsof literature to research’s current situation as well as the contents and featuresof the clique; it uses the questionnaire survey method and statistical method to do research the factor, character and conversion process of the small group ofmiddle school students. I take No.12middle school where I work example todesign the questionnaire and complete the survey and statistics among near300students. The action research method is taken to analyze the typical caseand find out the way to solve the problems.I achieve the following research conclusions. To begin with, for theemotional type of students, the educator should put to use the actionpenetration method, which can make the small groups interpenetrate andinteract to break the barrier among the groups and expand the communicationcircle of each small group member’s. Next, for the freemasonry studentsgroup, the teacher should take the parents key point to give the children careand encourage and help children create a nice family environment andharmonious class environment by cooperate with the parents, so that thechildren can feel warm from both the family and get the sense of belonging.In addition, for the destroyer type of group, I bring into use the method ofemotional abuse and make some intergroup conflicts with the church and statedepartment of school. We are successful to collapse a clique. However, itbrings lots of negative effects to the management for class henceforward. Forthis reason, the emotional abuse is not fit for solving students’ group problem.In the end, I conclude the experience in the conversion process and decide tochange the former method to trust and be prized. Just as the old saying inChina, destroy the leader and the gang will collapse. If the central member ina group is captured and works for me, other members will be affectednaturally. Meanwhile, as an educator, I treat them emotionally moving,convincing people with reason and communicate with them equally. In theclass, I try to amplify their advantages. If anyone of them does a good to otherstudents and the class, I will praise and encourage them in time, which caneliminate the hostility and reject from others and make them engage the classcollective gradually.The students’ clique exists objectively and the educator can never becarelessness to their existence. Students’ clique is a kind of subenvironment in their school life. It comes from the need of their heart. No educator cancollapse all the cliques. The correct treatment is to use different methods andways according to different psychology requests from different children. Tochange our mentality, we should lead each student to express the positiveaspect and control the negative aspect. For the students who are essential tomanage the class, we should lead them to the right direction and make theircohesion force to keep with the class management. For the negative students’clique, we should catch on their need and provide relevant help according tothem so as to transform their negative influence.
