| With the development of nine-year compulsory education in our country, the students with difficulty in chemistry are universal among present school education, especially for rural middle school. A lot of rural students became slow learners because of the shortage of funds, imperfect teaching equipment as well as the pressure exam-oriented education and graduation rates. The author selected the slow learners in rural junior high school chemistry as research object and analyzed the forming factors, and adopted a series of measures of prevention and transformation during the process of teaching practice. According to the many years’ personal teaching practice and research, the author drew a conclusion of couple of reasons of formation of chemical poor student, involving society, family, school, teachers, subject itself, students themselves and so on. Then, the author studied the individual cases and whole class case to transform the chemical poor students through taking some measures, and try to find a way to change the current situation of poor students of the countryside junior high school. The practical research shows that, this paper has been helpful for students and also gains ideal results. |
