Focusing on the core issue of "transforming junior middle school head teachers into eugenic students",this study uses the methods of literature,investigation and analysis,interviews and other research methods to analyze the current situation of transforming junior middle school head teachers into eugenic students,analyze the existing problems of transforming junior middle school head teachers into eugenic students,and analyze the reasons for the existing problems as well as when they become eugenic students.On the basis of the obstacles encountered by the former junior middle school head teachers in transforming the eugenics,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for transforming the eugenics.Through the study,we found that the number of students in junior high school is about 10% of the total number of students,of which the average ratio of male to female is 1.35:1.The occurrence of the students to be superior shows an increasing relationship with grades.Single-parent families and divorced families account for a higher proportion of the students to be superior.The symptoms of the students to be gifted include: irregular ideological and moral conduct,incorrect learning attitude,unsatisfactory academic performance,unhealthy psychological state,etc.At present,the main problems existing in the transformation of junior middle school head teachers to eugenics are: the teachers’ cognitive attitude towards the transformation of eugenics is vague,the methods and methods for the transformation of eugenics are more traditional,the professional knowledge and ability about the transformation of eugenics are weak,and the actual effect of the transformation of eugenics is poor.The obstacles to the transformation of junior middle school head teachers to eugenic students are: the big environmental impact of examination-oriented education is still serious,the overall quality of junior middle school teachers needs to be improved,and parents lack the sense of responsibility for children’s education.This paper holds that the transformation of junior middle school head teachers to treat eugenics should achieve: creating a class education environment for the free development of eugenics;actively changing the way of communication between home and school;forming an educational resultant force for the all-round development of eugenics;and improving the self-education ability for the development of personality of eugenics.
