It is necessary for chemical teaching to shitf the teachers’ ideas,improveteaching levels and update the knowledge systems. According to thecharacteristics of chemistry, innovaing school-based resarch andschool-based training model and improving chemistry teachers’ professionaldevelopment is helpful for promoting school education teaching quality.School-based teacher training that the schoolmaster,teachers and studentsparticipate in is guided by the superior training institutions of guidance,making full use of training resources both in the school and outside theschool. Directly serving the school, serving the teachcrs, serving theteaching training activities, the school-based training needs the actualsituation of the school. Also it is effective to solve the real problems whileteaching. And it combines the theory with practice,covering more aspects.Thus,the inner power of tecahers continuing leanring came into being. Thedifferent levies of teachcrs’learning needs are met. It made the contradictionof working and leanring become weaker. Therefore, it helps the wholeemployees to receive the training. Its final purpose is to improve theteachers’ education teaching level and ability.In order to promote new courses and teachers grow up together, BinheSenior school of Wuhai made the suitable contents about the teacher training according to the real sitution of the school in more than two years.And thepractical is its purpose. At the same time according to the characteristics ofchemistry,the school made full use of the function of chemical experiments.Also the school tries innovating school-based research and school-basedtraining models, building research platform for the overwhelming majorityof teachers, building a learning environment and providing space for furtherdevelopment. This topic research selects Binhe Senior school of Wuhai as asample, using the literature material law, investigation feedback method,experience method, action research, the main content is divided into fourparts: the first part has outlined the conpect about the school-based trainingmode, presented its real situation under the new curriculum standard andpointed out its shortcomings; The second part explains the new chemicalcurriculum standard, and the chemical teachers realize that there are newrequirements about their teaching ideas; The third part investigates some ofthe teachers about the school-based training teaching aspects of the situationand the investigated questionnaire results are analyzed and comparedthrough the questionnaire survey; The fourth part is a practical one thatchemical teachers effectively make use of the school-based training to solvethe teaching problems in the new course standard. In the practice the schoolmust emphasize that school-based training should make full use ofchemistry subject based on experiments, continuously expand the chemistrysubject vision. According to the school and teachers’ real situations to develop school-based teacher training model. Effective practice ofschool-based training of young teachers training model. Take <the chemicalnature of metal (ifrst class)〉as an example to study the idea of newcurriculum standard; effective practice of school-based training of teachersinformation literacy training model, so that the teachers can integrateinformation technology and curriculum; effective practice of school-basedtraining of reflective teaching mode and case teaching mode, havingcriticism and evaluation atfer teaching reflection in the classroom. Effectivepractice school-based training of topic research pattern; Develop the studyof the group of teachers surrounding the real teaching problems of chemicalteaching.Through the above study, I put forward some advice about theschool-based training teaching in the practice to the new curriculumstandard.The end of the article has summarized the study conclusions,analysised the shortcomings of the studyand forecasted the future researchbased on the actural situations of this subject research.
