Knoledge and innovation ability become the main body in modern times. The trend of economic globalization and national comprehensive national power strength bring the increasingly fierce international competition. Each country comprehensive national power competition in the final analysis is the competition of talents. And the competition of talents depends on education. So, paying attention to education degree is deepened stage by stage, and raising the level of teaching has become the important issues in every country in the world. And the development of education depends on the teachers. So, paying attention to the teachers and taking proper means and method on the teachers’ management incentive become an important topic. The middle school teachers’ management mechanism is studied on the basis of previous studies. Through literature review, interviews and questionnaire survey methods, I aimed at a regional secondary school teachers to carry on the questionnaire survey, and investigated the incentive factors and the importance of teachers’ satisfaction.Through the research, I draw the conclusion below in the process of school management tarry. Through the study of middle school teachers, teachers’ appointment mechanism, teacher training mechanism, teacher evaluation mechanism, teacher’s incentive mechanism and a good working environment and other aspects of the incentive factors have practical common sense to the teachers. The" wages"," welfare " and " shelter" and " accomplishment" and other factors are the motivating factor for higher weight terms by studying Donglian Modern Middle School’s teachers. The modern teachers’lives need to be solved urgently by researching the demand of the teachers. The overall speaking, teachers have to meet the demand of lives, which means the teachers have a very big driving space. The group of teachers is still in weak excitation state. The modern school management system is set up, which makes the teachers’demand and excitation having a big gap. Taking incentive mode is to establish the incentive system and provides some theoretical basis and its management.
