In recent years,with the progress of national development and the change of social demand,the demand of enterprises for technical skilled talents is growing.It has become an important task for higher vocational colleges to continuously supply technical skilled talents to the society.With the expansion of enrollment scale in higher vocational colleges,the demand for teachers is large,and the number of full-time teachers is difficult to meet the heavy demand of teaching tasks.Properly absorbing a certain number of excellent part-time teachers to enrich the teaching team can not only solve the problem of shortage of teaching teachers,but also improve the overall teaching level of the teaching team.How to build a team of "double qualified" teachers has become an urgent matter in higher vocational colleges.Compared with the excellent experience of foreign vocational education development,part-time teachers should play an important role in higher vocational education.In recent years,although the state has introduced a number of policies to determine the irreplaceable role of part-time teachers,there are still many problems in the construction of part-time teachers in domestic higher vocational colleges.Based on the incentive mechanism of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges,this paper selects four higher vocational colleges in Chengdu as sample schools.Based on the questionnaire survey of part-time teachers in four schools and the interview with the person in charge of the appointment of part-time teachers,through the overall analysis of the collected data,it is found that the main problems in the incentive mechanism of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges are as follows: there is no perfect promotion mechanism,the high turnover rate of part-time teachers;the treatment of part-time teachers is generally low,and the attendance is mostly negative incentive;the lack of a perfect promotion mechanism,the high turnover rate of part-time teachers The evaluation process is not open,the evaluation results are lack of feedback,and the part-time teachers are lack of long-term training mechanism.Through further in-depth research,we find that the main reasons for these problems are: the unreasonable structure of part-time teachers;the blocked way to attract talents in schools,so the absorbed part-time talent resources are limited;the outdated concept of higher vocational colleges,the low sense of belonging of part-time teachers as a whole.In order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes to improve the promotion mechanism of part-time teachers,open a green channel for part-time teachers to full-time teachers,put people first in optimizing the evaluation system of part-time teachers,vigorously improve the treatment of part-time teachers,improve the teaching conditions of part-time teachers,and creatively put forward the establishment of a pair assistance system for part-time teachers.This paper tries to provide theoretical basis and path countermeasures for the construction of incentive mechanism of part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges,explore the direction for the construction of part-time teachers,and realize the goal and requirements of the state,especially the Ministry of education and the Ministry of Finance for the construction of part-time teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges.
