With the continuous development of basketball, it is request the player’s athletic ability to be improved accordingly called on players to have better physical ability. At present, how to improve the physical ability of basketball players is a hot issue today.In recent years, the training center of the State General Administration of Sport have conduct a long-term training on the physical training instructors the theoretical knowledge and practical ability to through to each project learn from foreign experts, our coaches have learnt a new philosophy and method of physical training, especially the core strength training methods caused coaches huge reaction. It is the issue on how to use core strength training on basketball training and competition should be explored and demonstrated, and how to effectively improve the level of basketball also should be further intensified.In this paper, literature, experimental method and mathematical statistics have been used to analysis the core strength training for basketball players to experiment the fast-changing mobility.With Inner Mongolia Normal University basketball team(U-16)athletes for the experimental group and8athletes for the control group, a8-week experiment, alone with these two teams to track the training and testing, control of experimental conditions, to reflect the rapid change to the basketball players of the five indicators of mobility testing, derived data and statistical analysis, the conclusions are as follows:l.From the group comparisons, through the core strength training, the experimental group’s mobile shooting test, trapezoid slide test and half-triangle run tests of before and after indicator the results are significantly different.2.By comparison within the two groups, and through the tests of mobile shooting, trapezoid slide and half-triangle run above mentioned, it can get that although the results of traditional strength training has improved, it was not significant, whereas the core strength training can improve basketball players quickly to become obvious to the mobility effect.3.From the comparisons of results of core strength test, it can be easily concluded that there are significant differences between the two groups, and four items of attainment test of technical movement ability are highly improved,this indicates that the core strength training for basketball players could quickly become a great impact to the mobility, whereas the traditional strength training to the control group before and after have little effect on performance.
