This article utilizes the literatur e mat erial law, e xpert interview, questionnaire survey method, experimental method, mathemati cal statistics met hod, experimental method, exper imental research and theoretical ana lysis on the core strength training effect of a dolesce nt baske tbal l players. In Liupanshui City, Guizhou province e ighth middle school(high s chool) of the 14 men basketba ll players as experimental subj ects, and t he subjects were divided into the experi mental group and the control group(n=7). During the experiment, the experimental group on the 1.5 hours of core st rength t raining in time the general quality training in the afternoon, after t he experiment of 8 weeks, 6 indicators of 6 indexe s reflecting the core strength of basketball pla yers and basketball at hlet es reflect the s pecial a bility test, a nd make st atistics a nd Analysi s on t he experimental results, t hus obta ined the following conclusions:Fir st, a significant difference between i n the experime nt after the expe riment al group and the control group of special evaluation index analysis shows, 6 indexes reflecting the ba sketball players ability, in additi on to t ouch and line four ran two re entrant dribble P>0.05 had no significa nt difference, the other 4 special indicators are P<0.05 there are significa nt differences; special index comparison analysis of the results of the e xperime ntal group before and after the experiment, all show that P<0.05 has si gnificant difference; comparative analysis of special inde x of cont rol group before and after the experi ment, P<0.05 displ ay, 6 specia l indicators in the 3,P>0.05 3. This shows that the effect ive prac tic e of core strength training of j uvenil e basketball pla yers to stimul ate the body, and improve the ir specia l quality in a certain extent.Second, a signi ficant difference between t he 2 in t he experiment after the experimenta l group and the control group of core stre ngth evaluation index analysis,in t he 6 indica tors re flec t the core strength of basketball players, in a dditi on t o t he core l ength P>0.05, the othe r P<0.05 5 indicators showed significa nt di fferences;si gnificant difference between core strength index before and after experimentanalysis showed that, 6 c ore indicators are P<0.05 significant differences were si gnificantly difference; core strength index group be fore and after t he experiment and analysis showed t hat, 6 core indicators, only prone to support P>0.05, the remai ning 5 cor e index of P< 0.05 were significantly difference. Indicates that the core strength training can improve the juvenile bas ketball player s’ core s trength,especially t he development of effective promotion of static s trengt h of athletes.Third, in the reflection of comprehensive sports performance compa r ison of basketball players, regardless of is the s ports achievements of sports perfor manc e,the experimental group and the control group experimental group before and after experiment after experiment, ha ve varying degrees of increase, but the statis tic al analysis P<0.05 si gnificant differe nce. That has very good effect in improving the core strength training of comprehensive sports achievement of juvenile basketball players..Fourt h, core strength training can e ffectively improve the core a rea of the muscle strength of at hlet es, es pecially the waist a bdomen stre ngth, but also improve the st ati c strength a nd flexibi lity qualit y. The traditional strength training i s benefici al to the enhancement of speed strength. Core strength training and traditional strength training of their own a dvance compl ementary with the characteristics in function, but between the two ca n not be re placed.Fifth, core strength training method can t ake another c lass ification method of various exercises will be cl earl y c lass ified, easy to use. This cl assi fica tion method is to body movement pos ture as the foundati on and t he bas is, divided into supine, pr one and lateral potential potential potential a nd turn potential. This classification method has its own advantages.Sixth, core strength trai ning and traditional strength training have their own advantages, between the two can not replace each other, the y i n function are complement ary features, part of which belongs to the athlete strength trai ning.
