Research On The Path Of Science And Technology Service New Countryside Construction In Agricultural And Forestry Higher Vocational Colleges

On the Fifth Plenary Sessions of 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party,the Party proposed building a new socialist countryside.Fujian Province made the five-year planning outline of constructing new socialist countryside on west side of the Strait,putting "three agricultures "on the first place of the province tasks.Agriculture is the basis of economy;Enriching farmers,the nation strengthen.The stability of rural area guarantees the security of society.Whether ever the development of agriculture and the progress of rural areas,or the farmers becoming rich,the need of qualified workers and professionals is great.The talents training mainly rely on education in universities and vocational colleges.The tasks of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry Vocational should be based on rural economic development of the West Coast,responsible for serving Fujian new rural construction.The article studies the serving ability of scientific technology in vocational colleges,analyzing the situation in Fujian Agriculture and Forestry Science with literature method,comparison method and case studies and other research methods.By using SWOT,it aims to find out the strengths,weaknesses and opportunities for the technological service for the construction of new rural areas which Fujian Agriculture and Forestry Vocational Colleges possess.With the comparison between the inside and outside of the province,it puts forward the alternative methods of scientific technology service for the rural areas,respectively,from the perspective of government and forestry vocational colleges and the technological achievements transformation of graduates.This article is divided into four sections.The first part discusses the purpose and significance of technology services for the new rural construction and analytical methods of the agriculture and forestry vocational colleges.The second and third parts,respectively,analyzes the condition and foundation and current service ability for constructing new rural areas in Fujian agriculture and forestry vocational colleges.This part analyzes the school-running idea,talent training quality,cooperation between schools and enterprises,student employment and social serving ability.In the fourth part the writer explores to figure out the internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and challenges together with the way of SWOT analysis.In the fifth part,compared with the existing construction modes,it concludes that the agriculture and forestry vocational colleges should take their own advantages and avoid weaknesses.Then,from the view of government and agriculture and forestry vocational college as well as graduates'technological achievements transformation,the sixth part points out how Fujian agriculture and forestry vocational colleges make a proper decision to serve the construction of new rural areas with scientific technology.
