Web teaching and research is a new teaching and research form which gradually deepens from the traditional teaching and research under the educational information and the new curriculum reform. It breaks through the constraints of time, to expand the teaching and research functions, and provided a broad space for tapping the inner resources of teachers. Today, teachers use the Internet for teaching and research has become a trend, but the results of web teaching and research are not satisfactory, it is urgent need to systematically study on the factors affecting the effectiveness of teachers’web teaching and research in practice and theory to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of teachers’web teaching and research. The main purpose of this study is to explore the key factors which affect the effectiveness of teachers’web teaching and research from internal and external causes and through quantitative methods.This study is an empirical research based on literature analysis, combined questionnaire survey and interviews. We used exploratory factor analysis to determine the effectiveness indicators:self-reflection, peer support and professional guidance of web teaching and research assessment; used content analysis to determine the factors affecting the effectiveness of web teaching and research, and analyzed it from internal and external causes, internal factors including teaching and research motivation, self-efficacy, information literacy, external factors including other teachers’factors, web teaching and research resources, web teaching and research platform, schools and families, web teaching and research activities. On this basis, put up the hypothesis of this paper, and prepared the relevant questionnaire, selected test samples from china teacher training to obtain data. Through the correlation method to measure the relevance degree among the influencing factors, between the various influencing factors and web teaching and research effectiveness. We used regression analysis method to build influencing factors model of self-reflection, peer support and professional guidance.The results showed that:other teachers, web teaching and research platform, web teaching and research resources have a significant impact for self-reflection; web teaching and research resources, web teaching and research platform, the other teachers’factors, web teaching and research activities have a significant impact for peer support; web teaching and research resources, web teaching and research platform, other teachers’factors have a significant impact for professional guidance. Based on these data analysis, This paper analyzes the relationship between influencing factors and the effectiveness of web teaching and research, combined with the analysis of china teacher training, put forward four-point strategy to improve the effectiveness of web teaching and research of primary and secondary school teachers, I hope through this study, provide a reference for improving teachers’ teaching and research capabilities, teachers’ evaluation mechanisms, management model of teaching and research activities, continuously to improve the effectiveness of web teaching and research.
