For a long time,school vocational education was far away from the real working environment,there are many problems in theory and practice,vocational education training technical and business oriented line of national skills talents is difficult to achieve.Domestic scholars in the beginning of this century will be the Work Process Oriented Theory into the national vocational education,and gradually get recognition.Project teaching as a specific teaching model under the guidance of the Work Process Oriented Theory,although in theory by the teaching reform of many of the favor,but in practice the use of the effect is not successful.Because of the essential difference between the project teaching and the traditional teaching mode,the teacher is difficult to grasp the specific implementation.In order to adapt to the new teaching mode,teachers should find their own problems,and adjust the state to adapt to the new teaching mode,which is the key point of this research.This article embarks from the reality,based on the data analysis of the questionnaire on the implementation of a preliminary understanding of the problems of project teaching and actual situation of the real situation of vocational teachers,after mainly through interviews,reflective notes and viewing classroom record to find teachers factors influence the effective implementation of the project teaching method to study each Xiangming Chen qualitative research triangle according to the unified results found all points,determine the factors of teachers.After the preliminary determination of the teaching factors,in course of Tourism Specialty in secondary vocational schools(edited by Qipeng Fu,higher education press)"catering service and management" in the "Chinese service" as an example,analysis for the effective realization of teachers teaching how to influence the project in three phases through the project introduction,project implementation,project.Finally,according to the recommendations in the questionnaires,and later interviews,understand the specific situation,put forward proposals for the effective implementation of teacher development project teaching,this proposal is related to the development of teachers' personal suggestions,and provide suggestions include good environment of government,enterprises and schools for teachers' development.As a result of individual research level is limited,the research is still not deep enough,especially in the lack of theoretical support under the premise of the rich,more difficult.In order to prevent the research result from the big and the thing,this article only selected the teacher individual to study the effectiveness of the project teaching,and other aspects of the influence factors are not the focus of this study.
