Secondary vocational education is not only a part of high school education,but also a kind of vocational education.However,in recent years,the situation of classroom teaching in secondary vocational schools is chaotic and it is difficult to realize effective classroom teaching.This paper choose T secondary vocational schools in Gansu province as the research object,based on the existing theory of education,through the questionnaire survey method,interview method from three aspects of teachers,students and school investigation the status quo and influencing factors of secondary vocational school classroom teaching effectively,using descriptive statistics,spearman correlation analysis and independent sample t-test for processing and analysis.The results show that there are some problems that threaten the effectiveness of secondary vocational classroom teaching,such as unreasonable structure,deviation of classroom management concept,improper classroom teaching method and lack of lifelong learning concept.Secondary vocational students have some problems that directly affect the effective classroom teaching in secondary vocational schools,such as the influence of family education atmosphere,unclear learning objectives,weak learning foundation,poor learning habits and insufficient self-management ability.As the main place to carry out teaching work,the school's orientation and service orientation,specialty setting and curriculum arrangement,campus facilities and environment construction all restrict the improvement of the effectiveness of secondary vocational classroom teaching to different degrees.Through the analysis of the influencing factors of effective classroom teaching in secondary vocational schools,the author believes that to improve the effectiveness of secondary vocational classroom teaching,it is necessary to put forward reasonable solutions:(1)To improve the structure of teachers,improve the comprehensive quality of teachers,teachers should establish the concept of diversified talents and lifelong learning;(2)Teachers and parents should assist students to set clear goals,establish career development plans,actively guide students to correct learning attitude,develop good learning habits,cultivate students' learning interest,and stimulate subjective initiative;(3)Grasp the classroom teaching,set clear and effective classroom teaching objectives,optimize teaching content and teaching methods,choose the appropriate classroom teaching mode,strive to improve teachers' own classroom management skills,and enhance classroom teaching interaction;(4)The secondary vocational school should make clear their orientation and service orientation,adjust their professional setting and curriculum arrangement,improve the construction of modern campus facilities,and carry out a variety of campus activities.Meanwhile,the school should actively build a bridge of communication between schools and families,form a synergy between schools and families,and jointly promote the improvement of the effectiveness of classroom teaching.
