Athlete’s culture education problem have always been a topic concerned by all countries in the world. In the new historical period, in order to adapt to the rapid development of society and the sustainable development of competitive sports, the athlete culture education in our country have also been referred to the national agenda, shows its importance。Based on the2008-2012as an Olympic cycle, the purpose is to understand how national high level sports reserve talented person base of zhejiang province (here in after referred to as the "base") of the athlete culture education present situation and the existing problems, analyzes the main factors of athlete culture education, find out reason and puts forward the relevant countermeasures. Through the literature material method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other research methods, applicationning the theory of the all-round development of people, Investigating the base. Through the study found:management, athletes, literacy class teachers, coaches, teaching environment and competition factors are the main factors influencing the athlete culture education base. The athlete culture education management regulations (such as encouraging teachers teachers’ participation in training, check the teachers’ teaching effect, reward excellent athletes, etc.) set situation is better, but in the concrete implementation process is not ideal.Low degree of athletes understanding importance of cultural learning; In their spare time to learn cultural knowledge of the initiative and enthusiasm is not high, learning time is relatively less. And sports culture atmosphere of learning is bad, directly affect the athletes cultural learning. Direct enforcers athlete culture education work a sense of responsibility of academic teachers and care is good, not good play in the teaching process teaching ability, teaching effect. The athlete culture education curriculum cannot realistic need, academic teaching is low. Cultural structure of the coaches is better, but in the treatment of athletes cultural learning care are not enough, at the same time, scientific training of the coaches level is not high. The athlete culture education facilities (such as, language lab, library, laboratory, etc.) situation is better, but the athletes for the use of these facilities is not sufficient, that these facilities can not play them the actual utility.
