Research On Preparing Status Quo Investigation Of Traditional Sports Project School Reserve Talented Person In Fuyang City

In order to study the status quo of the training of reserve talents for the traditional sports project schools in Fuyang,and to put forward the countermeasures for the sustainable development of the reserve talents.Through the research methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper summarized and compared the traditional school sports reserve talents training in Fuyang,finding out the problems of the development of sports reserve talents throughout the Fuyang City area,and to provide workable ideas.The countermeasures can help schools in Fuyang to have characteristics of traditional sports advantage projects,we should seize the opportunity and stick to their strengths to find out their own shortcomings in order to cultivate more excellent sports reserve talents under new historical opportunities.The main contents of this thesis include the investigation and analysis of the basic situation of the reserve talents in Fuyang sports traditional schools,the investigation and analysis of the current situation of sports training,the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the courses,the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the schools.It concludes that there are five obvious problems in the training of reserve talents in traditional sports schools in Fuyang City,such as lack of reserve talents,insufficient advantages and too much disadvantages of schools,insufficient training of talents in sports,insufficient participation in competitions and insufficient learning of courses.Pertinent suggestions on sustainable development of reserve talents in Fuyang’s traditional sports schools are put forward based on the results of the investigation and analysis.(1)In the collaborative development background in Fuyang City,the government should increase fundings and create a good training environment for the athletes;(2)Increase the chance of the local schools to attend the high level competitions.The traditional schools expand the exchanges and cooperation with the outside world and increase learning opportunities;(3)To get the balance between cultural course learning and sports training,improve theathlete’s level of the course,ease the pressure of entrance examination and future;(4)The government and society should strengthen the supervision and guidance of the traditional sports school,making methods and the training projects more scientific,advancing with the times.And also they should vigorously develop the traditional projects.By actively exploring and researching the mode which is in line with China’s national conditions,and it can also promote and improve the training and accumulation of a large number of sports reserve talents in our traditional sports schools,we can strive to push the construction of our traditional sports schools to a new height.
