Social and economic rapid development today, in our nation, ethnic Chinese education is very important significance to a nation." Full-time national primary and secondary school Chinese curriculum standards (Trial)" pointed out that the ultimate goal of Chinese teaching is to cultivate the students’Chinese accomplishment. Basic Chinese literacy including learn Chinese basic knowledge of modern Chinese common words, such as the master, familiar with the master Chinese expressions. Basic language skills, namely, to read and write ability, reading ability, writing ability and Chinese thinking ability. Chinese writing ability is the ability to write Chinese characters, Chinese reading, Chinese thinking ability. Therefore in Mongolia minority primary school Chinese teaching process in education in Chinese writing teaching occupies a very important position. Since the new curriculum reform implemented I n primary school Chinese writing, Mongolia family education have made a great progress. Many national education experts and teachers to update the educational concept, curriculum resources development and made a lot of efforts.
