With the social development and progress, especially vigorously promotequality education today, junior high school education and teaching style andphilosophy and in the past has been greatly improved, the adolescent’s learning,behavior, psychological aspects are very different, many freshman on environment,course content with the difficulty setting, learning styles and student and teacherexchanges and other aspects have obvious maladjustment. These are not only suitedto freshmen can successfully complete the transition from primary school to juniorhigh school, can quickly integrate into the new class, can successfully complete thetask of learning, but also related to their ability to shape healthy personality, toestablish the correct scientific outlook on life and value.Therefore, this study selected freshmen into the school before three months(from September to November) in the learning and interpersonal aspects ofperformance as the research content, mainly uses the literature research and surveyresearch methods, through the self-made" freshmen learning and interpersonalstatus questionnaire" a random sample of4classes of freshmen (a total of120boysand60girls) as the research object, analysis of junior middle school students inlearning and interpersonal adaptation and inappropriate reasons, thereby formingfrom the student, the family to the school (teachers) of coping strategies, for thefirst class management rationalization proposals.This research mainly includes the following parts: the first part, which is thequestion, mainly elaborates the research origin and significance. The second partpart of literature review, mainly expounds the research status at home and abroadand the trend of development and on the definition of the core concepts. The thirdpart is the research design, research purpose, research contents, research object,research tools and research methods. The fourth part is the survey results andanalysis part, through to the freshmen enrolled3months of learning andinterpersonal situation investigation and study, summed up the current junior middleschool students in these two big problems, analyses the reasons, the survey found: one is the overall junior middle school students in learning and interpersonalrelationship adaptation level better, students of middle connecting smoothly.Specific interest in learning, learning methods, learning condition three aspectsanalysis of difference between boys and girls is not obvious, but the boys and girlsare in learning stress level, learning attitude, learning effect, interpersonal skills,style, there were significant differences in several aspects of attitude. Two studentsin the primary school stage study and the interpersonal communication on the juniorhigh school will have a certain impact, home to the students in learning andinterpersonal adaptation also has a role can not be ignored. Three is the firstnewborn to the school and the class teacher management expectations are high, theschool wants to the scientific management, and the class teacher should proceedfrom reality, from the start bit by bit, pay an actual effect. The fifth part is thesuggestions and countermeasures, combined with the actual situation and relevantwork experience, put forward from the students themselves, the family and theschool three aspects should be the direction and suggestion. The conclusion part ismainly on the research content and research results are overall summary, summingup the current middle school students learning and interpersonal problems and thereasons for, and against the existence of the problem puts forward relatedsuggestions.
