With the development of psychology and the research in education, nonintelligence factor in all human activities, especially the learning activitiesplay an increasingly prominent role. Intelligence factors directly involved inthe understanding of objective things in the specific operation, whilenon-intelligent factors in human activity play a dynamic role and regulation.Students’ learning effectiveness depends on the intelligence factors and nonintelligence factors coordinated development, to a certain extent, in somecases the function of non-intelligent factors is greater. Learning motivation,volition quality can affect the students’ intelligence play a degree. Therefore,in paying attention to training the students’ intelligence at the same time, cannot be ignored in training students’ non-intelligence factors.Non intelligence factors in our country put forward up to now has morethan20years,educators of non intelligence factors have done a lot of research,formed a relatively mature theory system. But in the current educationalsituation of non intellectual factors, research still has important practicalsigniifcance, helping the students be willing to learn, happy to learn,and knowhow to learn. We therefore to non intelligence factor for the subject,combining mathematics, explores how teachers both in class and after class,through the use of teaching strategy. Slightly and take some effective forms ofmobilization of students’ mathematics learning motivation, interest andemotion, and to help improve students’ self consciousness and self regulationof non intelligence factor level.Non intelligence factors are important factors which can affect students’learning enthusiasm as well as their learning efifciency-Based on the domesticand foreign research of non intelligence factor,with the guidance ofmathematics theory and psychology theory,this paper explores how teacher’could stimulate the students motivation,interest and emotion of learningmathematics through creating a safe learning environment and a well-designed teaching process in class,thus,to improve the effect of amathematics class as well as strengthen students comprehensive qualityThispaper also explores the way that teachers cultivate the students’ nonintelligence factors in the aspects of coaching students’ learningpsycholog’y,students self regulated learning psychologyjearning strategy andso on.therefore,to help the students to solve the problems in the learningprocess,to raise their self awareness about non intelligence factors and toimprove their self control ability.Series of experiments and research were eanred out in Jining No.lMiddle School to test the theory’s feasibility and rationality during this’papers writing process.With the test results analyzed,the fallowingconclusions were drawn:I.Giving ifill play to the advantage of mathematicscan stimulate and activate students’ motivation,interest and emotion inlearning this subject;II.Mathematics teachers’ understanding and frankness tostudents and their feelings can indirectly stimulate st’udentsmotivation,interest and emotion in learning math;III.The best way to activatethe students’ learning interest and emotion is to let them experiencesuccess;IV.To coach the st’udents learning psychology is helpful to raise theirself awareness about non intelligence factor and to improve their self controlability;V.Cultivating the student’ non intelligence factors is a process thatneeds to be done in class as well as out of class,to be strengthened in a longterm.
