With the development of society, the education system reform, especially since the start of enrollment expansion constantly since college, university students’ overall quality had very big change, there has been a great level, a large number of studies have shown that, nowadays the contemporary university students’ learning motivation level is not high phenomenon, college students in the legislation of Mongolia, also is such. The results of the influence of many factors, may be influenced by the internal factors, also may be the influences of external factors, also may be the result of several factors. All external factors are through the internal factors to influence the results of action. Learning motivation and the attribution of the individual way is cognitive category. The paper tries to explore the research, contemporary college students’ learning motivation level of Mongolia and the attribution way in the college students’ characteristics and the study result of the relationship of exploration and analysis, and the last in the education field, have according to the students’ cognitive features of education and guidance, finally to college students’ active learning, love of learning, so as to improve the students’ performance, improve the ability to solve problems of purpose. Through this in Inner Mongolia agriculture university445Mongolian college students’ learning motivation and the attribution methods and learning result of measurement, after data analysis the conclusions are as follows: (1) the study result of college students in Mongolian class on significant difference style. In learning motivation of four dimensions, in different professional, the ambitions, type, the class relations, the family atmosphere, class has significant differences between the style of study. In the attribution of the way eight dimensions, in different sex, professional, grade, family economic conditions, the ambitions, type, class learning style, between parents expect significant differences.(2) the students’ study motive of Mongolian overall level is low. In learning motivation of the four dimensions of the score from high to low in turn is:the ability to pursue, altruism orientation, interest, reputation gain knowledge. Ability to pursue, altruism orientation, interest and knowledge of college students’ grades Mongolian a significant positive correlation. Study good Mongolian students in the college students’ three dimensions of the score than the study result is bad, the Mongolian college students scored better.(3) from the attribution in general, Mongolian college students tend to the study of success or failure to pin point, and that the individual’s internal control sexual factors, but the outer space on sexual factors. In the attribution of eight dimension way of scoring from high to low in turn is:successful efforts, failure, failure to success ability, ability, success, background, success, luck, failure background, failure luck. Study good Mongolian college students tend to learn the success or failure of success, a failed effort to hard work, failure ability, ability, success, background on success, and learning result is bad, the Mongolian college students tend to the study of success or failure to pin point, success and failure in luck luck.(4) of college students’ learning motivation of Mongolian study result not forecasting effect, attribution way for study result significant prediction function...
