The P.E. learning motivation is a kind of course or feature of the inner psychology. The motivation will arouse individual person to anticipate P.E. learning activities; and guide their actions towards certain P. E. learning target; as well as maintain, regulate and intensify P. E. learning activities. The P. E. learning motivation of the college students who major in P. E. will affect their study result of P. E. theory and technology directly. and will influence the education quality of the P. E. higher institution's students in Inner Mongolia closely. With the broadening and deepening of the reforming and opening, the higher institution's appraisal target has been changed. The quality problems of the college students who was fostered by P. E. higher institutions becomes more and more protruding. Therefore, to arouse the college students in P. E. higher institution learning positively, to inspire and maintain their right study motivation seems quite necessary. This thesis analyzes the inner-structure of learning motivation and classifies it into four kinds: target, competition, intercourse motivation and learning desire. It does a research on them collectively. The author draws out 14 important factors to investigate the P.E. learning motivation with the factor analysis method and affiliate with some assistant researches. In the end, the author finds out the present situation of the consciousness and study interest of students who major in P.E. specialized education deeply. The thesis divides the competition into achievement motivation and attribution and draws into 11 important factors to analyze the present situation of achievement motivation of such students, and do the contrast research among grades, gender, ethnics and area. The thesis studies the attribution from its present situation and its influence on the learning results. Besides, the author does researches on the effect of students'attribution of the present appraisal and education system. From which the author finds that students react to it strongly. At present, our country's appraisal system focuses on students'mastering P.E. knowledge and techniques merely, while ignores the non-intelligent factors such as sense, will, interest factors and so on. The behavior of thinking much of the terminal appraisal while ignoring the processing one will hurt students'learning enthusiasm greatly. Intercourse motivation is a very important motivation which influences students'learning emotion and learning effect directly. The thesis begins with the intercourse of the teacher-student and student-student, learns the present situation of the intercourse motivation, and students'learning motivation difference between the Mongolia and the Han nationalities. The learning desire is a necessary part to judge students'learning enthusiasm. The thesis does the research and analysis on the university students who major in P.E. with the present t-test method of the non-intelligent factors.
