Research On The Faith Of Marxism Of Contemparay College Students

Marxism is a scientific, actual and lofty belief and the source of building sound outlook on the world, life and values. Contemporary college students are the constructors and successors of the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and they are the hope of our Chinese nation and the future of our country. Therefore, whether they have firm Marxism beliefs not only affects the integrated development of college students themselves, but also a crucial factor on the success and failure of our country. If we don’t use Marxism beliefs to educate these college students, they will be polluted by the corrupted culture from the western capitalism world, which causes suspiciousness and distrust of Marxism by them. Therefore, in order to cultivate contemporary college students into qualified constructors and reliable successors of cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, we not only try our best to increase their knowledge of science and culture, but also need to help them to have scientific and right beliefs, namely, Marxism.Although, contemporary college students are a active and positive group as a whole, there turns out to be different problems related with their belrefs to some extent due to the profound reform of Chinese social and economical systems. Obviously, How to rebuild Marxism belief for contemporary college students in the new era and to keep Marxism youth for ever becomes a significant but tremendously difficult task for us to take.This paper first explains the definition and function of belief and Marxism belief, then analyzes the characteristics and its cause of contemporary college students’beliefs, based on the investigation of beliefs conditions of college students from Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology, and puts forward some advice and methods to enhance Marxism beliefs of contemporary college students in the end of this paper.
