| With the development of the new curriculum reform, Physics Teaching in class becomes richer and richer. In class, we can use the things that are close to the life of students and are consistent with the cognitive features of students to inspire students’study interest and arouse students’ learning enthusiasm. Physics knowledge in idioms, common sayings and ancient poetry words is rare. It is one of the valuable Physics teaching resources.Combined with teaching practice, the topic of the article separately describes their availability as Physics teaching resources in the aspects of significance, functions and using value of idioms, common sayings and ancient poetry words in Physics teaching; analyzes them from the perspective of psychology; and finds suitable idioms, common sayings and ancient poetry words that can be used in teaching; also makes concrete principles in class visualization. In terms of this aspect, the article analyzes the specific application of idioms, common sayings and ancient poetry words in different teaching forms such as exercise teaching, research learning, experiment teaching. Blending idioms, common sayings and ancient poetry words into cognitive model of Physics learning reflects the interaction process between students’cognitive structure of Physics and Physics environment.
