| The impact of the international financial crisis and college enrollment not only impact the overall employment situations, but also bring many problems to the students’employment. As one of the most important role of higher education, with the contradictions’aggravation between supplies and demands and talent competition, employment discrimination will be more prominent and pressure will be more intense. Some private college students face unemployment after graduation, the employment situation is not optimistic. Through the present employment situation, combining with theoretical study and the findings of scholars from domestic and abroad, exploring and deeping the causes’study of employment discrimination and policy regulation will definitely strengthen the studies on employment discrimination situations and government regulations, which will be positive theoretical and important realistic significance in protecting the employment equal rights, avoiding the talents’waste, promoting the healthy development of private higher education and maintaining social harmony and stability, promoting the building of a harmonious socialist society.This paper is divided into two parts, the introduction and body. In the introduction, I mainly elaborate research background, significance, ideas, content, and methods of employment discrimination of private college students, on the basis of combining and integrating employment discrimination at domestic and abroad, explaining and evaluating the current research at home and abroad.The body is divided into three parts. The first part is creative defination about core concepts and theoretical foundation, discusses the type and nature respectively. The second part discusses the overview of the employment and social hazards from different fields, analysis the status of employment discrimination from multi-angles, and then discusses and analysis policy, management, ideas and system deeply. The third part, I propose employment discrimination principle and policy recommendations from ideas, management institutions, employment policies, government accountability, universities building etc. |
