Nowadays, the problem of left-behind children is the social focus of attention, they can be found in the newspapers, radio, television. With the development of urbanization, the rural labor force on a large scale to urban areas. This also led to many children were left in the rural areas, separated from their parents. The left-behind children had become a special group as the family’s affection lack. Causing the concerns of the community, the problem of left-behind children has become more prominent.As the community increased concern for children left behind, research on left-behind children become more and more. Nowadays, the research with the long-term children stay on the problems of psychological and behavioral, which childhood stay experience caused on the long-term effects is rarely involved. The object of this study is a childhood left behind experience of university students. Looking for a protective role of a special group of mental health factors, so stay experience population or children left behind by mining and to enhance these protective factors to adapt environmental actively. Also hope to provide some of the recommendations of the feasibility of mental health education for the children left behind in order to improve the environment for the growth. Questionnaire survey on research methods, research tools, including’Self-Rating Depression Scale’,’Interaction Anxiety Scale’,’bedroom Relationship Scale’and’adult general sense of hope scale’, the use of descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, analysis of variance, hierarchical regression and other statistical methods for analysis and processing data. The study questionnaire of1000,936questionnaires returned, eventually valid requirements was315. The research results show that:(1) Stay experience, depression and social anxiety is related.(2) Depression level of the university students have been stayed is higher than the university students not have been stayed. The parents had left behind to go out Students depression levels were significantly higher than that of single parents to go out had left behind university students and not have been stayed. Single parent to go out and parents to go out had left behind students in depression level of the difference was not significant.(3) The level of social anxiety of the university students have been stayed is higher than the university students not have been stayed. The parents had left behind to go out Students the level of social anxiety were significantly higher than that of single parents to go out had left behind university students and not have been stayed. Single parent to go out and parents to go out had left behind students in the level of social anxiety was not significant difference,(4) Sense of hope can be adjusted to improve bedroom relations for social anxiety, and adjustment had no significant effect on depression.(5) Sense of hope has a protective effect on social anxiety.(6)Good bedroom have a protective effect for depression and social anxiety.(7) stay affect the continuity of the time left behind, began to stay age, contact frequency, impact on college students have left behind experienced.
