[Objective] This paper use rats carry training in treadmill for7weeks to establish experimental models of chronic fatigue model, to observe the dynamic changes of MDA content and SOD activity in rat’s muscle and serum after training immediately, the12h,24h. Preliminary discussion of exercise-induced fatigue recovery features and laws, so as to the generation of exercise-induced fatigue provide the experiment basis.[Method]322-month old rats were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group were raised regularly for7weeks, while the experimental group trained in treadmill (6days/week) for7weeks. The experimental group would be took blood from abdominal aortic and muscle from quadriceps after training immediately, the12h,24h. Colorimetric method were used to determine the MDA content and SOD activity in muscle and serum.[Result]1. Through7weeks, compared with the control group, BUN in experiment group were high significantly increased after training immediately (P<0.01); T were high significantly decreased (P<0.01). It showed the model of fatigue were founded.2. Through the seven weeks in treadmill, compared with the control group, the MDA content were high significantly increased after training immediately and12h-recovery in muscle (P<0.01); Compared with the content of MDA in the12h-recovery, the content of MDA were high significantly decreased in24h-recovery (P<0.01); Compared with the control, the content of MDA were high significantly increased (P <0.01) in serum after training immediately and12-h,24-h recovery.3. Compared with the control, the SOD activity were declined significantly (P<0.05) after12h-recovery in muscle; In serum, compared with the control, the SOD activity were high significantly increased after12-h and24h-recovery (P<0.01); The SOD activity after training immediately were high significantly increased than that after12-h,24-h recovery (P<0.01).4. Compared with the control, the rate of SOD/MDA were high significantly decreased in muscle after training immediately and12-h recovery (P<0.01), decreased after12h-recovery (P<0.05); Compared the rate after training immediately, the rate of SOD/MDA were high significantly increased after24h-recovery (P<0.05); Compared the rate after12h-recovery, the rate of SOD/MDA were high significantly increased after24h-recovery (P<0.05);In the serum, compared the rate after training immediately, the rate of SOD/MDA were high significantly increased after12h and24h-recovery (P<0.01).[Conclusion]1.7-week training in treadmill induced the bodyweight and T decreased, BUN increased. The rats showed fatigue. The results showed the model of fatigue were founded.2.7-week training in treadmill caused the MDA increased in muscle and serum, the activity of SOD increase. Furthermore, those were gradually obvious following the extension of time. It showed the balance of oxidation and antioxidation were gradually regular. But the rate in serum were slower than that in muscle.
