| The development of a country depends on talented people, fostering the talented people depends on education. At the present stage, the rural schools take up very big proportion in our country, the majority rural area students will become the builder of our future society. Their healthy growth counts for much. While good sports behavior is of great importance to their healthy development.Through giving out the investigation questionnaire to the five rural area junior middle schools in Jining----Tianhuang Town Middle School in Zoucheng, Lingcheng Middle School in Qufu, Gaoyu Middle School in Sishui, Hangang Town No.3Middle School in Liangshan and Fucun Town Middle School in Weishan, and looking up the relative documents and materials and investigating the concerned leaders, teachers, and students on the basis of the study, we make the research on student sports behavior in rural middle schools. The results are as follows:1. Jining rural junior middle school students are very interested in physical activity with higher level of awareness, and they can participate in physical training actively, but with a lower ratio. They can judge the individual physical and mental health to a certain extent, but not comprehensively or scientifically.2. Jining rural junior middle school students participate in physical activity in daily life less. In addition to physical education, and exercise between classes, there left a little time to train and the training form is very single, and there exist some differences in students’physical training cognition and physical activities.3. Junior middle school students in rural areas of Jining have the definite purpose to physical exercise, that is, mainly to keep fit and healthy, and promote physical and psychological development, but their exercise willpower is not strong, lack the ability of self-control.4. The major factors to influence the students’physical exercise are study tension, lack of exercise time and personal factors. In addition, the space, equipment, family support, and so on add the impact.5. Physical exercise training strategy for students in Jining rural junior middle school. Establish the "School-individuals-family," integration systems guided by the theory of behavioral science, physical exercise psychology and education and foster the students’physical exercise behavior with multi-level training. |
