With the constant update of the teacher training model,it is imperative that the normal students' learning methods change,and the establishment of the learning community will be a beneficial exploration of the transformation of normal students' learning methods.As a group of organization the learning community provides normal students with equal dialogues and interactive exchanges.The goal of the learning community is to achieve individual maturity and student growth.By analyzing the related literature of the learning community,the author absorbs the learning community theory of Manabu Sato,the theory of group dynamics,and the theory of learning organization.Based on this,the normal students learning community should include five elements of the common values and vision,support and sharing of leadership,shared personal practice,supportive conditions,and cooperation culture.Serving as the analytical framework for this study.It is intended to understand how the normal students learning community operates at the practical level,what problems arise during the operation process,and attempts to propose suggestions for improvement.This study selected some learning communities of the elementary general education major in Q University as research objects,participated in their various learning activities,and explored the establishment of learning community in order to improve students' reflection ability,the ability to think systematically,improve students' mental models,and enrich students' practical knowledge,have a positive impact on students' sense of cooperation and interpersonal relationships through research methods such as observation,interviews,and physical collection.At the same time,the survey found that the research subjects have the following problems in the construction and operation: the learning community has obvious homogeneity;there is a lack of mentoring work;the common vision of students is weak;there is a lack of sufficient communication between the communities.Based on this,the author combines the opinions of students and teachers then puts forward the countermeasures to improve the learning community of normal students: when constructing a learning community,it is necessary to reflect heterogeneity and comprehensiveness;to strengthen the mentoring work,teachers should play a guiding role,enrich students' community theory knowledge,foster students' cooperative skills;encouraging students to establish a clear shared vision;places emphasis on the cultural construction of the learning community,and gradually strengthens students' community awareness in diversified activities and in-depth discussions.
