The development of science and technology leads to the phone technical innovation,at the same time, the widespread use of mobile phones has brought people convenienceand fun. However, the negative effect carried by mobile phone cannot be underestimated,such as indulge in mobile phone because use them in a long time, which results tonegative consequences on study,work and life. Therefore, mobile phone dependenceresearch has gained more and more attention.Based on the theory of behavioral addiction and literature, this study adopts themethod of questionnaire, and recruites college students as the research object, by usingpsychological statistics and measurement method, college students’ mobile phonedependence questionnaire was developed.The differences of college students’ mobilephone dependence tendency on demographic characteristics were investigated, and theinfluence factors of college students’ mobile phone dependence on difference impulsivevariables were discussed. The results show that1.To start with, college students mobile phone dependence questionnaire is constituted5dimensions, there are sustainability, withdrawal, conflicting, distinct, and technologicalstatistical analysis of the questionnaire shows good reliability and validity.2.Secondly, the scores of college students mobile phone dependence distributednormallyon the whole. There are no gender differences on the overall scores but on thedimension of sustainability, girls have higher mobile phone dependence scores than boys.what’s more, the College students’ mobile phone dependence scores differ on whether theparticipants fall in love or not college students who are in love relationship have higherscores than those who are not.3.Thirdly,through Correlation analysis between each factor, I found significantlypositive correlation between impulsive and mobile phones dependence; In the analysis of mobile phones dependence and mobile phone usage in real life,.I found a significantlypositive relationship between mobile phones dependence and monthly money cost, alsobetween mobile phones dependence and the year of mobile phone use.different levels ofmobile phones dependence exist significantly difference on impulse, but no significantdifference in no-plan impulsivity.4.Fourthly, the regression analysis shows that variables such as impulsivity, gender, ina romance relationship or not, monthly money cost on mobile phone, and the year ofmobile phone use have significant effect. While variables like the attention impulsive,motion impulsive and monthly cost on mobile phone significantly predict college studentsmobile dependence tendency.
