The referee is in a sports competition process, according to the specific rules and regulations for athletes or sports team, ranking assessment, coaching staff to conduct restrictions personnel.they are not only the sports competition project fair, safeguard, also the contest organizers, contest activity execution, so the referee level not only affect the athlete’s mental, also on the players’ technical and tactical performance impact, the final result will influence the game.In recent years, many large table tennis games are economically developed provinces and cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, contractors, Guangzhou, Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces, and compared these provinces and cities in our province, the economy is not developed, a large game less, resulting in table tennis competition level of our province is not high, the opportunity to exercise less. These problems result in table tennis in our province the referee level is not very high, the final effect of play and game players on the technical and tactical smoothly. Therefore, to master the basic situation of our province table tennis referees, analysis of our province table tennis referee training system, management mode and existing problems, to promote tennis sports of our province and popularization, promote our country the ball better development has the enthusiasm, building a high level table tennis referee troop has positive significance the. In addition, the domestic and foreign sports publications by Chinese HowNet, understanding to the current on the table tennis referee troop construction research. Therefore, this paper tries to analyze the research methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, logic analysis and other scientific basic situation, to me province table tennis referees referee troop training system and the management way, find out the main problems in the construction of table tennis referee troop in our province, and put forward corresponding countermeasures, aiming at the construction of table tennis ball referee team in our province, the rationality of training more excellent table tennis referees, athletes to provide theoretical reference; to carry out to promote tennis sports of our province and popularization.Based on our table tennis referees, athletes training management personnel, as the investigation object, to table tennis referee troop construction situation through questionnaire survey and interview, from the questionnaire data, using SPSS17.0statistical software for data processing and analysis.
