Since the beginning of the21st century, the female sprint has been in a downturn phase which is hard-and-coming in the world sports arena. In recent years, Yujia Tao and Yongli Wei have maintained a leading position in our country, and they both have reached the B standard about London Olympic Games. They are surely the best sprinters in our country, but to compared with the world’s elite athletes that there is a big gap between them. This article will be from the biomechanical point of view to investigate the point of their full and subsection velocity in100meter, the single step in their stride phase and end-run phase by shooting their games, so as to achieve the effect of technical diagnostics. These are all for developing an improved program reasonably and effectively, making their technology more standardized, and achieving the target of improving their performance in the end. According to the analysis, we have some conclusions:1、We have found that her speed is rising faster after starts and her highest speed is appeared earlier; the distance of running in the highest running or in the speed of more than98%is shorter. The speeding curve showed that she did a one-time acceleration;the highest speed and the speed endurance remains poor. Wei’s speed is rising in a slow pace after starts. She can use the human body’s energy reasonably. Compared two players with the world’s elite athletes that there are some insufficient, such as the highest speed is not high, the distance of running in higher speed is short2、We have discovered that Tao has good accelerative ability. The speed growth is mainly relying on the stride frequency in the accelerative phase; but her stride is small in this phase about using17steps for running a distance of30meters; the time of the single-step support account for a large proportion.3、We know that in the stride phase the size of the angle of the rear and the leg drive distance of Tao’s are too lager; the range of her hip flexion and extension is small; the support time is long; the proportion of the slide time and the flight time is unreasonable; in the end-run phase the leg drive distance is short and the rang of the knee is too big.that made the size of the angle of the rear too lager, leading the flight time to prolong. In general, Tao’s strength of angle is strong and the stride frequency decreased significantly. Wei performed good in her stride phase that her stride is big, the proportion of the slide time and the flight time is reasonable. In the end-run phase her knee is no buffering and the support time is short, but the leg drive distance is very short and the flight time is too long., the stride reduce significantly.
