Graduate education as the highest level of higher education, shoulder training for the modernization of the state high-quality innovative talents of the task. With the rapid enrollment of higher education, graduate education, the relative shortage of resources, which restricts the training of graduate students to maintain and enhance the quality of the urgent need to deeply understand the collaborative and innovative ideas to expand the concept of graduate education, innovative graduate training mode, to carry out the joint training of graduate school.In recent years, some of our major colleges and universities universities and research institutes the first to break the barriers, and actively explore new graduate training model, established a college of education the main training base for the joint research institute of the combination of school training model. This school of the university co-culture model is based on a number of major colleges, departments or research group of graduate student instructors and researchers in research institutes to carry out small-scale cooperation as the main body, usually a loose partnership, smaller, less tightness. At the same time, Nanjing Agricultural University, Jiangsu Province Academy of Agricultural Sciences and co-graduate education center model, achieved by the decentralized cooperation to the organization and institutionalized cooperation with the organization, systematic, large-scale and other typical features, there is a strong demonstration value, causing great concern scholars.Through this study, Jiangsu Province, Nanjing Agricultural University and the Academy of the Graduate Students practice summarizing and analysis of research results, the use of systems theory, theory and butterfly triplex triple helix theory, analysis of post-graduate education center model system relationships, power mechanism and their problems, and to make sound mode optimized path and recommendations. This paper is divided into seven parts, the first part of the introductory part of graduate education center model focuses on the study background, purpose, meaning, domestic and international research trends, research contents, research methods, techniques and routes and the possible lack of innovation. The second part is defining the relevant concepts and theoretical basis for analysis. The third part is the establishment of graduate education center model, relationship management systems and systems research. The fourth part of the analysis is to study the mode of graduate education center of the dynamic mechanism. Part V of the Nanjing Agricultural University, Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences and co-training model of the status of graduate education center to conduct a comprehensive investigation and analysis.
