The moral education of postgraduates is a vital part of the postgraduates' education. It plays a very important role in the duration of the postgraduate training. With the fast development of the economy and the politics, and the size of the postgraduate recruitment is larger than before, the present postgraduates' moral education will face serious challenge. It is an urgent time for us to create a new moral educational mode in order to meet emergent need of the society. This article introduced the newly created graduate scale culture conditions of postgraduate moral education mode. There were five chapters as follows:The first part: introduction. It displayed the meaning of this subject and the present progress, definitions of some main concepts, at last part, it confirms the study way and method of this paper.The second part: background. This part gave us a brief introduction about the history of Chinese postgraduate moral education. Our advanced model derived from the rich postgraduate education experience and it suited the present education needs.In the third part, it is the part of analysis of the present situation. The first section analysis the achievement and the existing problems in the condition of the increasing recruitment of postgraduates. The second section gives an analysis of the questionnaire of the status of the postgraduates' thought. It draws a conclusion about the status of the postgraduates' thought combining with the literature. And in this section it tells us the reason why it happens. All these give a solid foundation for the research of the postgraduates' moral education in the condition of the increasing recruitment of postgraduates.The fourth part, comparing with USA, Japan and German these three different countries' postgraduates' moral education, it summarizes the basic situation, main behavior, and characteristics of the postgraduates' moral education in China.The fifth part: discussion. It constructs the postgraduates' moral education's mode. We also detailed our moral education reason, content, principle, route, manage system and mechanism.The last part: Conclusion. It summarizes the main viewpoints of this study, and analysis the major problems and expectations of the follow-up research work. |
