Objective: To study the mode of cooperation in running schools between Jinan University and Shandong Academy of Medical Sciences.with qualitative and quantitative methods,it studies the target state,recruiting method,structure connection,resource investment and other aspects between Jinan University and Shandong Academy of Medical Sciences in depth,it found the problems and made recommendations to improve the bilateral cooperation.Methods: This paper uses the literature research method to sort out the theoretical practice of the cooperation between Scientific Research Institutes and universities,summarizes the experience,and provides the theoretical basis for this article.Using the questionnaire survey method,case comparison method to find out the problems in cooperation and put forward corresponding recommendations combining with the existing results from the macro and micro perspective.Results:Case comparison method:Through the comparison between the cooperation mode of Tsinghua University-Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences,and the Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Survival School of Medicine,it found that local colleges and universities should pay attention to the reasonable interests of the demands of scientific research institutions,as well as the reform recruiting way,the communication Platform construction,social forces involved in management and so on.Questionnaire:Undergraduate: 78.65% of people can not make an effective judgment on the relationship between Jinan University and Shandong Academy of Medical Sciences.When they were in doubt,61.01% of their first reaction was to get the answer from the web platform.When faced with professional problems,46.96 % of people tend to ask the seniors students,only 17.68% of people will ask for professional teachers.5% of the people are willing to participate in the teacher's project.Grades have statistical significance for their scientific research ability,practical ability,analytical ability,knowledge and technology ability.The higher the grade,the higher the ability of scientific research ability,practical ability,analytical ability,knowledge and technology ability.Major courses on their scientific research ability,practical ability,knowledge and technology is not statistically significant,all professional have improved.Postgraduate: 78% of the people clearly understand the relationship between Jinan University and the Shandong Academy of Medical Sciences.73% of people know the country's dual first-class construction.More than 70% of postgraduate students are more inclined to mentor fame and professional reputation.They are more recognized the reform of postgraduate courses,55% of the most direct contact between the two sides is that they can get more scholarships.In scientific research,85% of people believe that the form of research team in the form of training,to expand their own scientific research ability to improve the way,is conducive to their own scientific research capacity development.94% of the people to participate in scientific research work more active,very willing to participate in scientific research,only 6% do not want to care about things outside the paper..In terms of the ability of cooperative education,the grade has statistical significance for scientific research ability,hands-on ability,professional knowledge and technology,organizational ability.The higher the grade,the higher the ability of scientific research ability,practical ability,analytical ability,knowledge and technology ability.The degree is statistically significant for scientific research,hands-on ability,professional knowledge,and organizational skills,and there is a slight difference between professional postgraduate and academic postgraduate students.Expert interview:Through the Shandong Provincial Academy of Medical Sciences undergraduate teachers,graduate tutor,management staff discussion,Participate in the discussion of the Jinan University and the Shandong Academy of Medical Sciences to give full recognition of the results of running schools.At the same time,with their existing pay and benefits,science and education integration,degree and discipline construction,students recruiting and diversion mechanism to establish and other issues to explore.Conclusion:Through the survey found that students to cultivate the effect is fully recognized.In view of the lack of students in the use of information,colleges should further improve the way of publicity.At the same time,the process of cooperation between the two sides should strengthen the student recruitment and diversion characteristics of construction,pay attention to scientific research institutes from the staff salaries and benefits mechanism to further improve the establishment of scientific research institutes and universities research cooperation mechanism.
