Research On Present Situation Of Graduate Students Of Sport Management In Physical Education Institutes In China

Under the promotion of satisfying social demands and various requirements for the modernpeople development,the recruiting number of graduate students in sport universities increaseaccordingly,moreover,with the era development as well as the social innovation,the cultivatingfor graduate students in sport universities should continuously being improved and perfected as asequence.Therefore,this article conducted a deep study with the subject of the optimization oftraining programs for graduate students of sport management in sport universities,hoping toimprove the training quality of graduate students in sport universities in our country.This article has included deep researches of the training situation for graduate students ofsix sport universities in our country,utilizing the methods of documentation method,Delphitechnique,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logic analysis method.It discoversseveral questions based on the analysis of current situation:in the aspect of training objectives,thedescription could not indicate the special training requirement of graduate students in sportmanagement precisely which needs further improvement.In the aspect of training curriculum,thenumber and types of courses in practical knowledge area and skill courses could not satisfy theneeds for students’ study.In the aspect of teaching condition,the training method of graduatestudents in sport universities in our country is changing from single mentor to a combination ofmajor mentor and mentor group tutoring method;how to maintain the guidance of tutor for astudent in the advanced knowledge of certain subject to help the student master in the certaintopic should be highly concerned by each university;the fresh gradute students have differentlevel of abilities and knowledge of different area;the teaching material is not yet sufficient;coursecontents still need to be improved in the schematism,depth, practicability and epochalcharacter.In paper writing and practical area,currently the management of six sport universities inChina is standardized,strict and organized which could ensure the quality of graduate thesispapers;all these universities see gradute students’ practice as an import aspect,but only the qualityof social practice needs enhancement,and the evaluation method need to be improved.Inmanagement part,each university is constructing a comparatively complete evaluation method ongraduate students cultivating,but the systematic and practicability is relatively low.Base upon the analyze of the problems above,the following solutions might bereleased:first,in training objectives area,the objectives should be located meticulously;second,intraining curriculum part,more attention should be paid to the overall development of capability; third,in the aspect of the tutorial staff,a closed-loop education system could beconstructed;fourth,in practice and application area,the combination of theory and practice shouldbe encouraged;fifth,in student quality part,the completion of the knowledge structure should beenhanced;sixth,in the aspect of monitoring and evaluation,the implementation and feedback ofinformation should be strengthened.
