Recalling previous major tournaments, we can easily find volunteers has become one of the important human resources for major sports events. The so-called volunteers is in the organization of the Olympic process personal selfless participation, do all work together to complete handed over to their own tasks, but does not reward people. Volunteer service levels for large-scale sporting events has become the measure of a city and even a national level of civilization, the sign of the social climate and the impact of events the success of a key link. College student volunteers as the backbone of the young volunteers, how to fully tap the potential for their volunteer service I had volunteers development of great significance. In this paper, the literature data, questionnaire, logical analysis,mathematical statistics and interviews investigation and analysis of the2008Beijing Olympic Games and the2012Beijing International Marathon two events student volunteers work, combined with the experts and interviews with some volunteers understand. The following conclusions:(1) of volunteer service the rapid development of local laws and regulations; ready to come out of the national legislation on volunteering.(2) young volunteers is the subject of our volunteers, and tended to increase the proportion of more than half of college students in the youth volunteer service, great potential.(3) The student volunteers to participate in the motives of the major sports events volunteers to enhance motivation proportion up, followed by a net profit of his motivation, achievement motivation and the glory of motivation.(4) The vast majority of volunteers volunteer training work for the significance of volunteer work significantly.(5)The loss of the vast majority of student volunteers choose autonomy service jobs, and lower their existing job satisfaction. The survey shows that the number of Olympic volunteers satisfaction accounted for19.2%; the Beijing Marathon volunteer satisfaction38.2.(6) the degree of attention of college students volunteer for incentives to "norms of recognition and reward volunteers most prominent, followed by" of establishing authoritative volunteer activities authentication mechanism "activities given campus volunteer organizations more autonomy rights." These incentives are derived from the organizational incentive. This also reflects the volunteer management mechanism is not yet mature, the extent of regulation is poor.(7) College students volunteer incentive problem of "lack of assessment, incentives mechanization; lack of incentives or imbalance; incentives to develop blurred, the lack of a systematic evaluation of content."(8) In satisfaction and willingness to participate again survey of student volunteers, student volunteers, staff turnover is more serious, the main reason lies in the management mechanism is imperfect.
