A Study On The Volunteer Service Of Physical Education For Students In Large Domestic Sports Events

Certain social relations are composed of people,things and things.With the founding of the new China for more than 60 years,the national strength of our country has been continuously increased,many major sports events have been settled in major cities,and various sports events have been held in succession.Athletes and spectators are from different places,thus increasing the difficulty and complexity of volunteer work,so more professional college sports volunteers appear to be particularly important,and the issue of volunteerism becomes the key.College students are the great potential of sports volunteer resources development and the gathering place of sports volunteer resources in our country.Based on this understanding,this study studies how the service of college students' sports volunteers adapts to the needs of the sports volunteers and lays the groundwork for their sustainable development.This study focused on the volunteer service of college students at the big sports events in China,and two kinds of sports events in China,which are representative of the two major sports events.In addition,this study also analyzes and summarizes the materials related to volunteer service of college students in the past national games,Olympic games and Asian games.This research uses the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,and the method of mathematical statistics and logical analysis.This paper introduces the basic situation of sports volunteers of college students at major sports events in China,analyzes the concept of volunteer service and summarizes its characteristics,and integrates the current situation of volunteer service of college students at major sports events in China.Based on the present situation and problems of volunteer service in college students,some conclusions are drawn: college students are the main body,the proportion of men and women is coordinated,the distribution of grades is uneven,most of them have participated in volunteer service before;Recruitment and selection are relatively concentrated and participation is limited.The motive of voluntary service is obvious.The training was comprehensive but not sufficiently thorough;The service content is diverse,the work is complex and change causes the volunteer service difficulty to increase;Imperfect organization management;Incentives are varied and the evaluation mechanism needs to be improved.The scope of protection is broad but insufficient;There is a single source of funding.The Suggestions are as follows: improve the recruitment mechanism of college sports volunteer service;Improvement of service organization management mechanism;To improve the service and guarantee of college students' sports volunteers;Improving the incentive measures for college students' sports volunteers' assessment;College student sports volunteer service as the main force.
