The rapid development of computer and network technology provides aconvenient, fast tool for education informationization. As the rich, interestingand timely information resources, digital library, internet and various mediaserve people well to obtain knowledge other than previous single approach.More and more teachers and students begin to utilize internet to search relatedinformation to help his work or independent study, so as to enhance hisprofessional quality and learning efficiency.Having reviewed a large number of literatures on the websitedesign/construction in recent years, the author has conducted a comprehensiveinvestigation of the present situation and weaknesses of current educationresources network. Using constructivism learning theory, instructional designtheory, and learning theory as a guide, the author puts forward the design of abiology resource site in Baotou city33th high school of the senior grade one.The scheme includes website design, resource classification, function ofwebsite, link structure, and the design of the content and format of the homepage. This study will be divided into four kinds of web resources: multimediamaterial, electronic teaching plan, teaching materials, and electronic test. Fivewebsite functions have been considered: user management, resource prompt,search tips, forum, and others.Resource website is currently in the design stage; and construction has notyet entered the implementation stage. Next step of this study is to collectteaching resources of33th high school biology teachers and material resourcesof biological disciplines so as to cooperate with technical team to establish theresources website. During the actual operation stage, the author will furtherimprove the website functions and enrich the website content based on theoperation feedback so as to deliver better service for biology education. Provide teachers with resources for school teaching situation. To providestudents with self-learning resources to enhancs their self-learning ability.
