With the rapid development of information technology and people to lifelong learningsociety gradually deepening understanding, learning resource website flourish, increasing thenumber of learners network, the network has become an important way for learners to achievelifelong learning. However, the number of sites in the network of learning resources and more,but less than high-quality sites, most learners learning resources can not be effectively utilized,resulting in a huge waste of resources. How to optimize the learning resource website,become an important assignable issues in the process of construction and development.Learners is the main body of network learning, and direct users of learning resources website,so he optimization study of learning resource site shall be conducted the principle whichregards the learners as the center.In this study,"optimized" for the purpose of browsing behavior data based learners,focusing on proactive learning resource website construction and development, focusing onthe combination of theory and practice, and improve the research process through caseanalysis and conclusions. At first, through the analysis of the relevant literature and researchresults and under the guidance of social learning theory and behavioral science, the authordefine the concept of learning resources website optimization and online learningcharacteristics by Combining with the uniqueness of the learning resource service object andoperation, identify the three aspects of learning resources website optimization including thestructure and function of the optimization in website content, website optimization,optimization of the development in the website. Secondly, from the perspective of learners tocarry out optimization of the website to improve learners’ satisfaction, enhance the learner’ssite usage, to realize the educational value of learning resources website. The main researchresults for this study: first, analyze the content by combining with the characteristics of thelearners’ online learning and online learning characteristics, respectively from the learner toconcentrate on learning content, learning content, type of media preferences, learning spaceand time, depth, online interactive features, learning terminal of this a few aspects to analyzethe characteristics of online learning. Second, the proposed learning resource websiteoptimization strategy, the main site to navigate learner behavior data analysis as the basis, thesite features an online learning learners based on site content, site structure and function, thesite evolved from these three research aspects. The Institute provides strategies withoutlearning the difference between the impact of resource website, with a strong practical andgeneralisability.
