Rural left-behind children is belong to the new vulnerable groups. Thesustainable development of the population growth is related to harmonioussociety. Due to long term in the field, left-behind children lack of disciplineand supervision of parents in the psychological inferiority. As an object ofinvestigation of Liangcheng County third middle school left-behind children,they have serious emotional weariness. The left-behind children problem hasbeen the academic circles and government departments concerned, but thegroup emotional weariness solutions lack of a reasonable and effective forceto assist the group, so that they can learn actively. So that, in this paper, itintroduces the social workers involved in certain positive effect onLeft-behind Children’s weariness, effectively cooperate with the school andteacher’s work. School social worker acts as the role of multiple, and iteffectively solves the left-behind children in the process of psychologicalneeds and behavior norms. In the school social work perspective onLeft-behind Children’s weariness, it change their current life state.Fundamentally speaking, learning and education, from the point of view ofsociety, school, family, and it will stay "on the third middle school inLiangcheng County, and it puts forward some countermeasures, which will beconducive to better solve the problem of left-behind children weariness.
