With the accelerating process of urbanization,the influence of traditional cultural values on people is gradually weakened.The change of the structure of the original family brings many problems to the growth of children,among which weariness is one of them.Children’s weariness behavior will bring wrong demonstration to their peers,affect the optimization of the whole group of children,and hinder the normal play of the role of basic education.The further development of weariness will directly lead to changes in the psychological status of children.In this paper,children weariness,practical exploration,hope to solve the problem of children weariness in the future to provide a little practice material,but children weariness problem is a long and complex process to solve this problem is still a long way to go.This paper follows the basic idea of solving the problem "current situation analysis,reason combing,problem solving,suggestions put forward",using the basic methods of social work,selected a serious weariness of primary school students as a service object for case study.In the early stage of the study,the basic data of service objects and their main social relations were collected through unstructured interviews and scale methods.The observation method and interview method were mainly used to find that the service objects had serious negative emotions towards learning and refused to participate in any activities related to learning.A habit of playing truant;Personality extreme sensitive,rigid interpersonal relationship,low sense of self-identity.The reason is that the low self-construction ability of the client is the key,and the imbalance of family and school function is the important factor.Secondly,in view of the problems existing in the service objects,the use of professional skills and professional methods of social work,from the school,family and service objects themselves three dimensions of intervention.At the macro level,the ecological system theory is used to systematically analyze various environmental factors and construct its social support network.At the micro level,the positive reinforcement method is used to form interaction with the client,so that the client can regain his confidence and establish a correct outlook on life and values,so as to make up for the lack of learning ability.In the process of specific cases,respectively,through the establishment of the "identity","identity" of ascension,the reconstruction of the "family relationship","consolidation" of family relations,"the school resources link","consolidation behavior patterns" six parts to provide service for director,the director in learning and emotional experience has great change,no longer tired.Then,combining the background and causes of children’s weariness,this paper puts forward some theoretical and practical suggestions to solve children’s weariness.Finally,summarize and reflect on this case.
