The teacher job burnout has become a problem which is increasingly concerned by the societyfor it not only has impact on teachers’physical and mental health,the quality of life,working order,but also on the growth and development.Based on the job burnout and coping styles and subjective well-being from both at home and abroad,we address the purpose of this study is to explore of secondary vocational teachers’ job burnout situation, coping styles, subjective well-being,and the relationship between them. The research uses’the secondary vocational school teachers’ job burnout scale","simple coping styles questionnaire" and " the questionnaire of subjective well-being " to test424teachers from jiangsu province3secondary vocational school, using difference test, correlation analysis, regression analysis and intermediary effect test and statistical analysis.The paper tries to learn the current situation of the teacher job burnout, subjective well-being and solution in local normal university, study the relations between teacher job burnout subjective well-being and coping styles.Through analysis of the study result, it proposes some suggestion on how to relieve and deal with teacher job burnout in the secondary vocational school in terms of society, school administration and teachers.The conclusions of the study are as follows:1. Positive coping styles, subjective well-being and job burnout is a significant negative correlation; Physical and mental exhaustion, depersonalization, lack of a sense of accomplishment and the overall life satisfaction and positive emotional frequency significant positive correlation.2. Secondary vocational teachers’ job burnout overall level is higher, and in title, of school age, record of formal schooling are significantly different between the teaching course.3. Secondary vocational teachers’ coping styles in general partial negative.4. Secondary vocational teachers subjective well-being overall level is not high, concrete embodiment in the whole life satisfaction and positive emotional frequency is below average, negative emotions frequency higher than medium level.5. Coping styles in the subjective well-being and job burnout plays a part in mediating role.
