Teachers in secondary vocational schools face all kinds of pressure in their routine work.Teachers' working stress has become the focus of social attention,and their psychological health problems have aroused wide concern.Subjective well-being(SWB)is an important index to measure individual mental health.This study analyzes the relationship among working stress,coping styles and subjective well-being of teachers in secondary vocational schools,and it explores the mediating effect of Coping styles between Working stress and SWB so as to provide an empirical basis for improving teachers' SWB.The study employs “Teachers' Working Stress Questionnaire”,”Coping Modes Questionnaire” and “General Well-being Schedule” to examine 300 teachers in secondary vocational schools,283 valid questionnaires are obtained,and then it carries out “t” test,analysis of variance,correlation analysis factors,intermediary effect inspection,and processing by means of SPSS 19.0.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Overall SWB of Secondary vocational school teachers is on average level,it varies significantly in professional titles and teacher roles,and there was no difference in gender,age and educational background.2.The working stress of Secondary vocational school teachers is at medium,it is relatively high in student's factors,occupation career development factors,working load factors and relatively low in individual character factors and human relations factors.The working stress of Secondary vocational school teachers varies significantly in gender,and there was no difference in age,educational background,professional titles and teacher roles.3.The most Coping styles that the teachers in secondary vocational schools use are problem-solving and support-seeking while facing working stress.This shows that their coping styles are relatively mature,and it varies significantly in gender,age,educational background,professional titles and teacher roles.4.The working stress of teachers in secondary vocational schools relates negatively to SWB.5.There is a significant negative correlation between mature coping style and work stress,and there is a significant positive correlation between immature coping style and work stress.6.There is a significant positive correlation between mature coping style and subjective well-being,and there is a significant negative correlation between immature coping style and subjective well-being.7.Coping style plays a partial mediating role between working stress and SWB.
