The studies of Psychology find that a person’s intelligence far beyond the scope of intellectual factors, often depends on the level of non-intellectual factors, so it tells us that current education should value the cultivation of students’ non-intelligence factors. The fresh students of senior high school have just moved to a new learning environment and the surrounding environment changes greatly. At the same time, the chemistry is more difficult than that of grade9, so the non-intelligence factor is particularly important for students to quickly adapt to the new environment. Therefore, it is valuable to improve learning eugenics and the poor student’s non-intelligence factors and promote the development of all students by comparing the differences in their non-intelligence factors and finding out improving strategies. The fresh students of senior high school in WuChang experimental middle school, WuGang Sanzhong and XiangYang Sanzhong are researched. We make a questionnaire survey about non-intelligence factor’s character, learning interest in chemistry, learning motivation, motion, habits and willpower. With the results of survey, we analyze the difference of non-intelligence factor between the students who good or poor in studies to propose the improving strategy of non-intelligence factor. The research shows that the students good in study are significantly superior to poor students in learning motivation in chemistry, learning habit and willpower. In the aspect of chemical learning motivation, most of students good in study think that it is useful to study chemistry for solving the practical problems in real life. They like the feeling of solve out the chemical problem, and would love to spend time on chemistry after class. However, the chemical learning motivation of students poor in study is not from the internal motivation. In the aspect of learning habits, students good in study have better learning habits, they prefer to categorize and analogy, try to solve questions and complete homework independently. The students who poor in study lack strong willpower in doing things, they are worse in performing specific learning plan, learning self-consciousness and self-control. Based on the research, we proposed the strategies of improving non-intelligence factors for promoting students’ positive learning motivation, cultivating good learning habits, shaping strong will character, improving interest in learning, developing healthy personality quality, and strengthening students’ positive emotional experiences.
