This article is an empirical study of applying positive language HAPPY model to reform school education. We analyzed existing researches, planned to apply positive language HAPPY mode in the reform school, developed a specific implementation manual and detection methods, and get the results after intervention, to explore the significance of positive language HAPPY model in reform school education.The first part of this article is the analysis of the existing literature and the background for this research. Including the study of language and positive language, positive language HAPPY model, reform school and reform school education. In this part, we collected views of different perspectives, illustrated the theory of positive language HAPPY model, introduced some reform school education related information, analyzed the characteristics of the reform school students. Based on the fact that theory of positive psychology positive language HAPPY model had been testified by many classroom teachers in the form of case studies in general school, and positive language HAPPY model had been shown beneficial by reform school teachers, we was prompted to plan an empirical research to apply positive language HAPPY model in reform school, in order to promote education reform and improve the quality of reform school education.The following three parts are the most important, which covers the design, methods, process and results of this empirical study of applying active language HAPPY model to reform school education. With positive language HAPPY model "five-step" method as the basis, we developed a "Positive Languages HAPPY Model Implementation Manual for Teachers", carried out training and supervising, accomplished the intervention experiments with the assistance of colleagues, collected the results from three aspects, i.e. study score, interpersonal relation and mental health effects, and analyzed the data results and the interview results. Detailed description of the implementation process was discussed, and the effect of real test was summarized in this article. This article described the importance of positive language HAPPY model in reform school education, and showed the advantages of intervention. Firstly, we concluded that, as the positive language HAPPY model was beneficial in reform school education, it is reasonable to introduce this model to reform school education. Secondly, positive language HAPPY model was of positive significance to reform school students, could help to achieve "happiness" in three aspects. Thirdly, positive language HAPPY model could give reform school teachers some positive enlightment or suggestion.The last part is an overall review and summary. Positive language HAPPY model in reform school education is hopeful to promote the healthy growth of the reform school students, and broaden the idea of reform school education.
