The Research Of Positive Psychology On The Ideological And Political Education Of University Students

As the important content of universities cultivating students' morality and imparting their knowledge,the ideological and political education of university students needs to actively absorb the relevant education discipline theory,innovate the education methods,and enhance the effectiveness and timeliness of education.Positive psychology aims to increase the individual subjective happiness,and its main research content is to strengthen the individual positive affection experience,to cultivate individual positive character and to build the influence of positive system environment.While promoting the individual healthy growth,positive psychology can optimize the ideological and political education environment of colleges and universities.It makes a useful supplement to the ideological and political education of university students in both theoretical and practical aspects.This artical takes the author's traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)university as an example to conduct research.At present,the TCM business has ushered in the best period of development.Therefore,strengthening the ideological and political education work and striving to cultivate qualified builders and successors of Chinese medicine business in the new era are both the important part of revitalizing Chinese medicine business and the key to implementing a healthy China.The ideological and political educational work of university students faces four issues: the changing situation in the era of information economy,the changeable thinking of university students as the subject of education,incomplete and unstable personality traits and the impact of some social complex factors such as We-media era.Only by reforming educational ideasand innovating educational methods,can the ideological and political education of university students adapt to social development.Guided by Marxist philosophy and the Xi jinping's new era socialism with Chinese characteristics,this essay combines with the ideological and political pedagogy,the positive psychology,the ideological and political education psychology and other discipline theories.It also actively uses some research methods such as literature research,discipline-crossing research as well as interview.Through sorting out and analyzing the problems in the ideological and political education of students in the author's university,this essay draws on the main practice methods of positive psychology and proposes the suggestions and practical ideas for the ideological and political educational work of university students.This article discusses in three parts.The first part shows the relevant theoretical overview of the ideological and political education and positive psychology,including the positive psychology's development,feature and main content as well as the theoretical basis of ideological and political education.The second part mainly sorts out the problems and causes of current university students' ideological and political education,and analyzes them from three aspects: positive affection experience,positive character and positive system environment.The third part puts forward the ideas and implementation methods of the application of positive psychology in university students' ideological and political education.Under the pattern of the big ideological and political thinking in universities,this part describes from enhancing positive affection experience,nurturing positive character and constructing a positive system environment.It includes nurturing positive ideological and political education thought of 'preventive treatment of disease','psychological helping' in the view of positive psychology,and promoting peer groups to play an active role in the ideological and political education environment.
