Concepts of students are the core of teachers’ educational concepts, which is of the teachers’ basic understanding of the students. Setting up scientific view on students is the basis of correctly dealing with the relationship between teachers and students. It is also the breakthrough of education innovation. Head teacher’s concepts of students indicate the understanding and view of students, which dominate education behavior and determine educators’ working attitudes and patterns. How teachers look at students and what’s their attitude toward students, are at the heart of educational theory and practice.By adopting the fieldwork research methods of educational anthropology, this article investigates interactive training courses for head teachers and analyses their-present situational in Beijing Gucheng Middle School. Through the fieldwork research of head teachers who are in charge of various fields, including schoolwork, psychology and physical exercises, we can reach some conclusion. Head teachers in charge of schoolwork help students improve through the attraction of disciplines. Head teachers in charge of psychology accompany students’ growth via listening to them by heart. Head teachers in charge of physical exercises guide the students to develop healthily through Sunshine Activities. The case analysis and investigation of students also prove this. This article demonstrates the comprehensive analysis of the interactive training courses of head teachers and illustrates their concepts of students have influence on both educational behavior and their own professional development. To sum up, through the interactive training courses of head teachers, the active and effective concepts of students can be the corner stone of the students’ happy life.
