From the beginning of the 21 century, the curriculum reform of elementary education is overall and all-round. The renewing of the concept and learning styles must cause the reform of classroom teaching evaluation. The classroom teaching evaluation is an important aspect of curriculum reform. The physical classroom teaching evaluation is full of meaning, which can promote the reform of physics education and improve the quality. Meanwhile, the evaluation can lead the teacher to setting up the right outlook on students, teacher and education.There are a lot of achievements about research of classroom teaching evaluation in theory and practise thanks to the educators's efforts. However, with the conduct of New Curriculum, in the field of physics teaching, the classroom teaching evaluation system is not perfect and few questions remain to be further discussed and researched.First, theory was analysed which of classroom teaching evaluation, collection of existing classroom teaching evaluation forms, investigation of physical classroom teaching status in the middle school, the evaluation deficiencies were brought forword of physical classroom teaching. Secound, the middle school students were investigated about better classes and the middle school teachers were surveied about characteristics of quality physical teaching in middle school, by the results of the mamulti-statistical analysis, the secondary school physical classroom teaching evaluation form was developed. At last, used of the form try to evaluate physical classroom teaching, the test results show that the form has high reliability and validity, it can be applied to the physical classroom teaching evaluation under the new curriculum in middle school.This article is divided into five parts: chapter 1 is the foreword, introduced major evaluation research about the history and current situation in our country and abroad; chapter 2 focuses on the basic theory of classroom teaching evaluation; chapter 3 is analysis of the research of the status of physical classroom teaching evaluation; chapter 4 is discuss the course of setting up the secondary school physical classroom teaching evaluation form. Report the use of questionnaires, interview, assessment scale, and SPSS16.0 to analyse the results. Eventually established the form and try to evaluate class, further to study the form's reliability and validity; chapter 5 is findings and conclusions of research results; chapter 6 is reflection the shortcomings of this research and put forword the future work.
