Current Situation And Development Of Shanghai Universities Wushu Team

Wushu is Chinas traditional sports, the Chinese nation for thousands of yearsculture heritage in the magnificent treasures. At present main competition form ofsanda of wushu sport and wushu. Wushu from combat, and higher than that of art, isthe highest form of martial arts. Shanghai in training talents in school training mode,though by selecting local talent cultivation or introduce talents into the localizationmethod has obtained the remarkable result, but also encountered many problems indevelopment.In this paper,it uses literature, questionnaire, expert interview, logicalanalysis and mathematical statistics research methods, such as colleges anduniversities in Shanghai wushu sports team coaches, athletes and other aspects hascarried on the investigation and research, aimed at a comprehensive understandingof the current situation of wushu sports teams in Shanghai, analyzes the factorsaffecting the development of wushu sports teams in Shanghai universities, and putsforward perfecting the development countermeasures of wushu sports teams incolleges and universities in Shanghai.Results show that:1. Basic comes from the local Shanghai athletes of wushuin colleges and universities sports teams training, the introduction of the players, andunder the condition of appropriate training, cultivate a number of levels of excellentwushu athletes in the world;2. Shanghai university wushu sports team athletestraining motivation and coaches coaching motivation being diversified characteristicsof the wushu sports training with more correct and comprehensive understanding,and personal health, hobbies, and a link between individual and collective sense ofhonor, know together on values of self-realization, and the realization of self valuecan be combined with personal interests and hobbies;3. The current training modeof wushu sports teams in Shanghai universities, contradictions between "learning"problem is still outstanding, at the same time in the process of daily training, the lackof space, equipment and facilities are still the main factor of blocking athletestraining level to improve;4. Shanghai university wushu sports teams, objectivity and impartiality of the selection conditions of wushu sports team athletes played apositive incentive effect, but the team of international and national levels high, fine,pointed the number of athletes, and a lack of competition opportunities;5.
